This Space Left Blank, As a Warning

In scholarly pursuits, let rigor prevail; in code, let sharing be the way; in life, let self-discipline be thy guide.

Once upon a time, I did link to a certain soul upon my site, drawn by their wit and craft. Yet, as the days passed, I did observe deeds unworthy of the principles I hold dear. Therefore, I did choose to remove the link and leave this space barren, as a solemn reminder unto myself.

The path of companionship and fellowship is not founded alone upon skill, but upon virtue and honour. He who lacks responsibility acts with heedlessness, he who scorns the gravity of scholarship is but shallow, and he who knows not the bonds of community is selfish. These are traits I cannot abide.

Scholarship, verily, is the pursuit of truth and must not be sullied. The open-source is founded upon trust and respect, and such must not be betrayed. A man’s character must rest upon discipline and integrity, not indulgence. Though I claim no perfection, I shall not align myself with those who forsake these foundational virtues.

This space remains vacant, not out of bitterness, but as a reminder to reflect upon my own principles. It calls me to be wary in my alliances and resolute in my beliefs.

Let it be known: seek knowledge with diligence, share freely, and ever walk in integrity.
